Both tombstones, each about 7 foot high, laying on the ground broken, are
located on old Stanley homeplace on banks of Bayou Bartholomew. Only those 2 tombstones are located at this place. Location on burial place is:
Start at Wilmot Cemetery. Continue east on road around the cemetery for 1.9 miles. Turn left (South) onto Ashley County Road (Gravel) and go 1.4 miles. This dead ends at Bayou Bartholomew. At the end of the road, the
gravestones are located about 50 yards to the west in a grove of trees. A
large sycamore tree is growing directly out of one of the graves or very
near it.
